Job Description: Provide on-site technical assistance to PC end-users within Godivas New York Office. Manage Desktop/Network Services Troubleshooting connectivity Manage special projects as required We offer a competitive rate: $15 Freshmen and Sophomores $20 Junior and Seniors The successful candidate will possess the following desk side support technical skill set: Prior experience, co-ops or internships in a related desk side support position is desirable. Experience with Windows XP and Microsoft Office Experience with Windows 2003 servers and Lotus Notes email is desirable Comfortable working independently Excellent communication skills This individual will be supporting approximately 100 users in a desk side support capacity. Must have strong interpersonal skills and be able to support non technical users of our systems.
