We are currently in search of someone who can drive the delivery planning, execution, monitoring and retirement processes around the CHP platform builds in the datacenters globally. The ideal candidate will assist in execution at program/project level and as part of BAU for all virtualization related tasks including, but not exclusively: Ensure that the designs submitted by virtualization Engineer and SI are compatible with current virtualization environmentswork with Capacity team to ensure utilization is taken into consideration. Plan new build outs- including order estimating, ePro management and ensuring provisioning maintain their OLA,s on delivery. Prioritize customer demands for service delivery of new environments. Provide input that enables the virtualization design engineer to design viable solutions, then verify that the proposed solutions address requirements and that the built solutions are fit for purpose. Execution - work with Operations teams globally to ensure that virtualization environments are available and maintained, monitor RFC. Quality assurance of key deliverables - working with Capacity Management team to provide timely capacity trends and demand escalations. Managing dependencies with other CS initiatives- managing customer expectations around OLAs with virtualization, Provisioning, Capacity Mgmt, Storage and SI. Resolve tactical conflicts between client expectations and delivery support organizations. Provide Product Management team with weekly updates and escalate trigger issues.

Qualifications Required: Undergraduate degree in Business Management; MIS or Computer Science. Experience working with IT provisioning or IT procurement Processes. 5+ years of experience in service delivery managment Desired: Prince 2 or PMI training Solid infrastructure management experience - with infrastructure process best practices application and management experience
