Position Description: QA Manager Division Overview: The Operations IT department is responsible for the lights-on support, maintenance and enhancement of business applications and tactical and strategic development for the Front Office, Middle-office and Operations. We seek an individual with excellent technical and analytical skills to join the Asset Servicing, Recs & Controls and Collateral Management group within the Operations IT department. Department Overview: The Asset Servicing, Recs & Controls and Collateral Management IT department is responsible for technology support for the Firm’s Asset Servicing processing including corporate actions and income events, the global reconciliation and control functions and global collateral management functions. It serves a pivotal role in active life-cycle management through accurate processing and recording the impact of Corporate Action events on the securities and cash positions held by the firm and its clients, reconciling internal and external accounts and balances and identifying exposure in the Firm’s holdings. The Asset Servicing, Recs & Controls and Collateral Management IT department is seeking a global head of QA Testing reporting to the global head of Asset Servicing, Recs & Controls and Collateral management IT in New York. This individual will be responsible for building the organization and defining processes and procedures for the testing function and manage the relationship with the offshore testing function. Key Responsibilities: - Manage on-shore testing leads and offshore testers in meeting the pre-determined project milestones/deliveries - Conduct working group sessions with business users and IT Delivery Managers gathering testing requirements - Work closely with Project Managers from different areas in building and producing test plan specifications - Produce project status reporting (KPI) to senior managements on an ad-hoc and weekly basis - In-depth knowledge of automated testing tools (QC, QPT, Mercury, etc) - Coordinate environment and configuration management of software Special Circumstances: - Limited Travel overseas - Dealing with Managed Services vendor relationships

Qualifications Experience and Skills Required/Desired: Required Work Experience: - 3+ years work experience in the managing a QA testing environment and process Desirable Work Experience: - Experience in the securities industry Required Technical/Business Skills and Knowledge: - Project Management Tools & Techniques - Proficient in MS Project, VISIO and Office suite application Desirable Technical/Business Skills and Knowledge: - Project Management Tools & Techniques - Proficient in MS Projects, VISIO and Office suite application - QA Management Tools & Techniques (QC, QTP, Mercury etc) Required Education and Professional Qualifications: - Bachelor degree or equivalent - Enthusiastic learner and an excellent team player - Strong communications skills (listening as well as verbal) - Strong communications skills (listening as well as verbal)
