Business Analyst / Project Manager with experience in Securities Lending and Managed Lending business covering all areas e.g. Stock borrow/loan Trade life-cycle, Collateral Management, Settlement and Operational controls. The main responsibility will be to produce detail functional requirement and partner with IT to build and deliver IT solutions. The role involves: - Interviewing management, subject matter expert and key users to determine the functional requirements. - Understanding the current business process in each region (NY, LDN) - Conducting user meetings to address various issues in the product development cycle. - Model proof of concept. - Developing functional requirement Managing the product development life cycle. - Planning quality assurance and coordination of User’s acceptance test. - Developing User manual. - Addressing product specific queries or adhoc reports on day-to-day basis.

Qualifications . Total of 7+ years of experience out of which 3+ years experience in Securities Lending and Collateral Management . Experience in analysis and requirement gathering . Project Management Skill .
