Mt.
Laurel
area

POSITION SUMMARY:
Work with Conversion Engineers in requirement gathering/discovery, software packaging (including best practices), and distribution of software utilizing Novell ZENWorks.
Leads design and implementation efforts including documentation and project management for a major software distribution integration project.
Interface with the augmented packaging team.
Responsible for ensuring packaging compliance to Ban standards.
Trouble shot the application packaging issues and resolve with the Day 1 support team and the packagers.
Support all core infrastructure software components such as the Desktop OS rights management, Zenworks, and SW upgrades/patches.
Skills:
Minimum 5+ years experience supporting a Desktop Management solution including software repackaging and distribution - Novell ZENWorks experience desired (Desktop & ZEN for Servers)
Team Lead/Supervisory role overseeing small team of software repackagers and/or distribution/ZENworks engineers, and serving as an escalation point for issue resolution.
