We are currently seeking a Manager to join our IT Advisory Services group in our New York office focused on Sourcing Risk Management. IT Advisory Services (ITA) professionals assess, design, and combine leading information management and operational processes, approaches, technologies, and controls to help enable sustained business value and risk management in support of the business. Information Technology (IT) organizations and their leaders often need a business focus that helps enable them to better organize and prioritize their IT investments based on factors including business value created, return on investments, and management of risk. Responsibilities: . Provide Sourcing Risk Management Services to help companies evaluate their sourcing approach, establish business plans with controls, reduce concerns and increase the benefits of strategic sourcing, shared services and multi-vendor arrangements . Assist in the development and execution of a business development and marketing plan for Sourcing Risk Management Services by leveraging the existing client base and delivering new large accounts . Effectively manage and control multiple large-sized system projects across the phases of the life cycle development . Effectively monitor, measure, and report on project performance including: scheduling, cost, deliverables, earned value, ROI, key performance indicators, issues and resolutions . Conduct project risk assessment to help identify the unmitigated risks and provide the potential impact and the mitigating resolution for each unmitigated task Qualifications: . Five years of experience in a large advisory, and/or audit and tax services firm advising Fortune 500 companies on outsourcing, shared services and vendor consolidation/negotiation services . Demonstrated knowledge base in Sourcing Advisory Services including approach, vendor evaluation, negotiation, and transition management . Knowledge of business process outsourcing, IT operations, call centers, and system development . Exceptional interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to gain the confidence and respect of senior executives . Strong client service orientation . Excellent verbal and written communication skills . Bachelors degree from an accredited college/university in a related field .
