Job Overview: Support financial, brand, and strategic category plans for online women’s retailer to maximize sales, profitability, and turnover of product. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year merchandise planning experience and the demonstrated ability to think and react quickly and efficiently in a high-energy, fast-paced environment. Core Responsibilities: * Manage inventory stock and receipt flow. * Monitor/upload orders. * Maintain communication with vendors. * Update weekly sales and inventory forecast reports. Other Responsibilities: * Maintain and manipulate data within corporate systems and reports; analyze and communicate system requirements across departments. * Cooperate with buyers and other functional areas to achieve departmental goals. * Provide analysis of and ad hoc information about product performance.

Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred. * 1+ years Merchandise Planning experience. * Strong numerical, analytical, and systems aptitude. * Proven track record of achieving financial objectives. * Proficiency in Microsoft applications, including Excel. * Online retail experience preferred. * Strong written and verbal communication skills. * Excellent organizational skills including prioritizing, scheduling, time management and meeting of deadlines. * Keen attention to detail. * Demonstrated ability to work both independently and in a team environment. * Proactive attitude.
