Responsibilities: . Day-to-day inventory management; approving inventory clearance, resolving oversell, and approving liability packages. . Review of all change notices/make goods for clearance of Inventory. . Coordination and distribution of the 13 week open avail reports. . Synchronization between the planning system and the traffic system. . Coordination between the planning system and program schedules. . Ad hoc reporting analysis. . Maintenance of information in share drives. . Tracking of added value. Requirements: . Bachelors degree. Media sales experience a plus. . Knowledge of various media sales inventory management systems. . Microsoft Office experience, proficiency in Excel, spreadsheet modeling and database analysis skills preferred. . A strong aptitude for numbers . Strong communication skills. . Able to work in fast-paced, high-stress professional office environment.
