We are currently seeking a Tax Manager to join us in our New York City office. KPMGs International Executive Services (IES) practice strives to help companies as they work to manage their international assignment programs. When our clients send their employees on international assignment, KPMG professionals provide proactive planning ideas and advise clients on international human resources and tax best practices. IES provides compliance, advisory, and administration services to help support our clients businesses and assignees. Responsibilities: . Manage client expectations and delivery of services to expatriate employees of corporate clients . Coordinate special projects and work with Partners on expatriate program proposals/business opportunities . Develop and maintain relationships with clients . Develop and review tax equalization and international assignment policies . Manage client fee arrangements . Coordinate and conduct periodic client meetings . Review tax returns and equalizations of expatriate employees . Conduct client specific tax technical training for staff . Mentor and coach staff . Manage resource allocation, workflow, and resource utilization . Deliver tax technical training related to expatriate employees Qualifications: . Bachelors degree from an accredited college/university . Five years of expatriate or individual tax experience . Prior experience at an accounting firm . Able to supervise and mentor staff
