Description: Internal Audit Manager/Director - Sales Audit

MAIN JOB OBJECTIVE - Manage the Sales Audit Department for all retail entities of the company for North America - Ensure comprehensive control over store revenues and cash generation - Ensure the accuracy of the outstanding store credits book value - Ensure the accuracy of the outstanding gift certificates/gift cards book value - Conduct ad hoc analyses and make recommendations to remediate or enhance Sales Audit reconciliation and improve profitability of the company - Identify and monitor cash discrepancies at the store level and country level - Identify and monitor pending receivables - Produce monthly analysis and reporting by store and at company level such as but not limited to cash over/short, credit card fees, check guarantee fees, write offs… - Liaise with the Regional Operations Directors and Store Managers in order to quickly identify new issues, discuss and propose a consistent control for all regions - Propose and updated as needed operational procedures and/or processes to ensure a good level of Sales Audit reconciliation - Handle ad hoc projects

PRINCIPAL SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, AND PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED - Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance - 3+ years experience in a private or public accounting firm/CPA will be considered a plus - Proven technical accounting and reconciliations skills - Strong analytical skills, detail oriented - Ability to work under pressure - Excellent communication skills Do not Miss out!
