More information about this job: Overview: Our365 is seeking a sharp, creative Interaction Designer to join our full time staff and help us develop memory-making and photo sharing experiences for families with new babies. The Interaction Designer will be responsible for Our365 site user interface design and documentation across a wide range of project types - from core feature development to special projects for advertising sponsors. As each new project is begun, the Interaction Designer will spearhead the development documentation effort necessary to define the full range of requirements, then either develop the interface design specifications, or work with team members to do so. Furthermore, the Interaction Designer will be responsible to ensure that every site module and feature is documented clearly, with appropriate test cases developed for verification. The Interaction Designer will also be a key contributor to the project design process, called upon to contribute ideas as well as to act as an advocate for the user, making sure that every decision will yield the easiest, most intuitive experience.

Responsibilities: + Reports to Creative Director + Develops concepts and strategies for new experiences encouraging family memory sharing + Develops user interface designs and specifications for Our365 site + Creates UI wireframe layouts and requirements documentation for small and large design projects + Develops common UI standards for all Our365 interfaces + Leads development of Our365 site documentation standards + Leads development of all Our365 design documentation, in many cases personally writing documentation + Develops use cases and test cases for all site modules & features + Ensures maintenance and update of overall site test cases, such that site is ready to fully test at any time + Proactively provides detailed editorial status communications to the team + Creates simple testable prototypes (when applicable)

Qualifications: + 2 or more years developing UI design and documentation of Web sites + Strong knowledge of Web 2.0 design and technology + Solution-oriented "idea person," able to conceive content concepts with an eye toward business strategy + Outstanding writing skills + Excellent communicator and presenter + Ability to flourish in a fluid, entrepreneurial startup environment + Graphic design and/or art direction background a plus + Interest in photo sharing/photo sites a plus
