Insurance Manager-Insurance Risk Management Responsibilities:

* Manage the day to day property and casualty insurance function, including gathering underwriting information, answering client queries, analyzing operational risks and new business opportunities for risk assessment and/or transfer. Manage renewals for property, casualty, workers compensation and energy... Provide analysis and recommendations to director. * Analyze new risk transfer products and assess applicability to the Firm, i.e. Vender cyber risk & privacy. * Provide analysis and guidance to business units on transactional property and casualty issues, including all dd for new investments * Manage workers compensation accruals and expenses. Optimize cash flow. * Provide daily insurance risk management advice on property and casualty issues relating to the Firm and its real estate. * Manage the insurance for the Energy business, working closely with counsel to assess and protect against liabilities. * Manage Wharf (Captive Insurer) * Manage along with sr. analyst all international exposures and regulatory requirements for local coverage.

Requirements:

* BA in related field of finance, economics or insurance * MBA desirable * 5 - 10 years experience in insurance risk management * Excellent analytical and decision making skills * Demonstrate communication and interpersonal skills
