Summary Description: The Delivery Registrar is responsible for managing the overall enrollment and attendance process for all L&E Activities. This includes consulting on and advising various L&E Project Teams on process, capturing the necessary requirements to set up an Activity in the Learning Management System (LMS), building/maintaining the Activity and corresponding learning components in the LMS and then monitoring and reporting on enrollment information for assigned Activities. The delivery registrar is expected to be a LMS Super User. Strategic & Technical Orientation: Must be an expert on how to set up an Activity within the LMS - which is a complex application. As Activities may be set up differently, this role requires that the individual have the capability to independently function as part of a project team and be confident in asking questions/consulting with project team members to achieve desired objectives. Requires monitoring and analysis of data for many concurrent Activities. Individuals in this role are expected to inform/guide PMI team members, on their project assignments, as to standard LMS process and functionality. Range of Impact: Works as part of a project team and is expected to work with several project teams at the same time. Must monitor and analyze enrollment information and pro-actively make recommendations on waitlists, Activity cancellations, elective size. Initiates and engages in dialogue with project management team and Catalog Managers regarding set up of Activities in LMS. Partners with project teams to solve problems around registration/enrollment and provides detailed information to enable resolution of issues/questions. Scope of Responsibility: Works on multiple program assignments, as an integral part of assigned PMI teams, monitoring and analyzing enrollment related information making recommendations to the various responsible project management implementation (PMI) team leads. Must be able to balance their own workload and meet deadlines while maintaining quality standards. Typically works within established guidelines and standardized processes. Metrics/Responsibilities: * Consulting with L&E project teams, from needs gathering to Activity building to enrollment management and completion * Building/maintaining learning Activities and corresponding learning components * Teaming with the Catalog Manager to understand client expectations, learning objectives and system design requirements * Interpreting requirements and recommending an optimal approach to LMS based registration solutions and reporting in order to increase productivity and ease of use by learners * Maintaining regular communication with Project Teams on status of assigned activities as well as proposing solutions to outstanding enrollment issues * Managing and resolving all enrollment related tickets escalated by the HRSSC, for assigned activities * Managing all aspects of the enrollment process for assigned activities, including # of registrants, instructor registration, waitlists, target audience, exceptions and approvals, min/max, elective selections, etc * Providing on-site enrollment support for complex activities. May provide local office on-site delivery support * Act as a super user providing LMS and registration guidance to PMI team members * Scheduling virtual classroom events to control against server overload * Feedback from Project Managers * Quality of information in LMS for areas of responsibility (# of errors requiring re-work) * Reduced level of effort spent on managing enrollment for assigned activities as a result of streamlined processes, reporting and teaming of delivery registrar Service IFS Industry Not Applicable Office New York NY Years Experience Required 2-5 years Education Required Undergraduate Degree (e.g., BA, BS) Job Requirement Essential * 1 - 2 years of professional experience * Delivery and/or event management experience preferred * Strong organizational and analytical skills, attention to detail and ability to work on multiple projects * Strong communication skills Travel Required 0-20%% Type of Position Full Time Comments
