We are currently in need of Sr. Hyperion Solution Architect / Sales Support Consultants with 3+ years experience. The Sr. Solution architect will be responsible for providing presales technical/functional support to prospective clients and customers while ensuring customer satisfaction and solution delivery responsibilities with minimal supervision. Essential Job Functions
* Technical: Participate in determining standards and best practices within your area of product expertise. * Technical: Know the relevant issues and considerations in selecting both technical software packages and vendors including their capabilities, the clients who have installed them, and the users? experiences with them. * Technical: Design and construct technical components for a complex architecture. * Methodology: Provide consulting support to the project during the Vision and Strategy, Architecture, and Development phases. * Management: Lead a team of 6-10 resources (CSC, client, and third-party resources) in your area of expertise to successful conclusion of a project phase. * Business: Provide input in identifying issues and considerations for selecting business application packages and vendors. * Relationship Management: Manage client expectations and balance the needs of CSC and the client to ensure satisfaction for both. * Relationship Management: Influence decisions and project direction at the executive level. * Leverage: Perform consultative selling and leverage business through superior delivery skills, good client relations, and subject matter expertise. * Leverage: Participate in proposal efforts and sales calls.
