THE ROLE: * Day to day HR Support and Consulting Services. You will support a number of key stakeholders in the areas of Finance, Legal, Asset Management, and Corporate Communications among many others. Ensure smooth implementation of our recruiting model and continue to provide strategic involvement in the recruiting process. Qualifications THE IDEAL CANDIDATE: In order to make a significant contribution to our team we will focus on search on experienced HR professionals with a track record of 5+ years experience in driving change as with an emphasis in Recruiting, Employee Relations, Organizational Development, Training and Coaching. Ideally, you have experience working in a matrix environment and as part of virtual HR Teams. Our dynamic environment is fast-paced and is driven by change.
