If our values speak to you, then speak to us.%%0A %%0A We are seeking a Human Resources Manager of Analytics & Operations.%%0A %%0A This position will lead and develop actionable, proactive, and value added analytics that drive improved forecasting capabilities and strategic insights across HR. The HR analyst will also develop/refine processes to support the S&P HR Team, encompassing talent management and development, compensation, career development planning & reporting, workforce planning, strategic resourcing and client consultation. This role will develop a plan for creating a client services interface between the generalist team and other support resources and will act as a consultant to counsel and advise generalists.%%0A %%0A Primary responsibilities include:%%0A%%0A * Perform analysis of employee information to identify causes, costs and potential interventions. Will be the lead contact to provide analysis and reporting to support key decisions for the business and to facilitate HR solutions, Highlight key organization trends and issues to develop solutions and an improvement process for HR. Examples include promotion support documentation and corporate requests.%%0A * Identify areas of improvement and act as the process improvement lead for S&P HR by developing/documenting cross-company HR processes, providing benchmark data of leading practices using external research, generating VOC data, leading in the redesign of specific HR processes based upon assessment findings and establishing key HR service performance metrics.%%0A * Build strong partnerships with key HR and business leaders to define and implement best practices for each department by creating and managing monthly reporting for S&P HR team including a differentiated set of metrics by client group.%%0A * Lead the analysis and tracking of data through ongoing reporting, ad hoc analysis and strategic partnering to share insights and ensure management understanding. Lead contact for preparation of the Monthly Operating Report (MOR), which includes a dynamic dashboard to illustrate and report on turnover, recruiting, and other key initiatives.%%0A * Support annual performance and compensation review, succession & development planning, and other projects related to performance and talent management by consolidating data, updating charts and preparing reports.%%0A * Manage the collection of all requests for hiring approvals, including global replacements and add-to-staff positions. Partner with the staffing department to communicate all requisitions approved to begin the recruitment process.%%0A * Design and implement manager training on development planning, year-end compensation processes and Manager Self Service (MSS).%%0A * Manage ad hoc projects, as assigned by the Vice President, Human Resources and provide project management expertise to assure that projects meet established objectives.%%0A * Periodically facilitate new hire orientation, including processing new hire paper work, conducting company overview and training presenters.%%0A * Implement a consistent approach towards exit interviews and analyze turnover data to make recommendations for processes going forward.%%0A * Conduct research on HR implications of business unit strategy for the organization, including mergers and acquisitions.%%0A * Develop HR organization communications.%%0A * Manage and facilitate HR Workforce Planning process and Strategic Resourcing project to assess global talent pools and identify potential efficiencies in locating employees.%%0A * Facilitate and counsel on the preparation of semi-annual organization talent review process.%%0A * Manage S&P's HR Project Information Network (the Pine site).%%0A%%0A * Requires the use of independent judgment and planning to maintain workflow and meet deadlines.%%0A * Strong communication skills, both oral and written.%%0A * Financial services/capital markets experience desirable%%0A * Strong analytical skills, ability to gather, analyze and extract useful data.%%0A * Project management experience%%0A * Proactive approach to interacting with clients and peers%%0A * Business/Financial Acumen%%0A * Ability to multi-task and perform in fast-paced environment%%0A * Focus on Innovation and Process Improvement%%0A * Results Orientation%%0A * The ability to maintain confidentiality of employee and organizational information.%%0A * Strong presentation skills%%0A * Minimum 5-7 years relevant experience, or 3-4 years of experience with an MBA.
