visitwww.jpmorgan.com/wss As a Senior Project Manager for the North America Deal Team your key responsibilities would be as follows: * Delivering on all aspects of the client implementation (Legal/ HR/Tech delivery/ requirements gathering) * Organizing project teams based on identification of needed subject matter expertise and manpower requirements. * Obtaining sign off on project team composition from Senior Business Sponsor * Developing project execution plan, obtaining and deploying appropriate resources, and coordinating efforts of all required internal (and possibly external) staff * Directing activities to ensure high quality results within defined time and budget schedules. * Directing activities of all program/project working groups * Maintaining the central list of risks and issues * Maintaining the JPM/ Client scorecard * Agreeing approach to client testing, owning the client testing plan and tracking progress * Acting as a repository for al project documentation and managing the change control process * Ensuring that project execution conform to the PMO standards and best practices (tools/checklist/status reporting) * Resolving high level conflicts by making broad policy decisions or influencing senior management. * Frequently interacting with senior management regarding prioritization of resource utilization and resolution of issues requiring escalation. * Chairing joint client/JPM project steering committees and certain JPM working groups * Interfacing with senior business managers across the firm and at the client Desired Key Knowledge and Skill Requirements: * Typically requires 10 or more years related experience, in addition to advance study/university training * Minimum of 5 years direct client experience with large multi product or global client base * Experience with interacting with senior level employees * Highly experienced in usage of Microsoft Project, Visio, PowerPoint * Knowledge in Investor Services products & markets * Knowledge in mainstream product offerings — Accounting, Performance & Compliance, UTP, Registry, understanding of end to end process * Excellent influencing and consultancy skills * Strong Project Management skills — Multiple Party Coordination * Strong analytical skills to identify product impact on the business * Negotiation skills needed to manage client concerns, project and product agreements and service gaps * Discretion needed for senior management escalation, approval & scheduling wins based on critical business factors (i.e. client pricing, product gaps, impact to revenue stream, etc) * Ability to navigate an organization & client organization independently * Ability to establish networks rapidly * Client focus and relationship management skills * Independent thought/ leadership and judgment JPMorgan Chase is an Equal Opportunity and Affirmative Action Employer, M/F/D/V
