Health Management Design Consultant - Advanced This individual will need to exhibit leadership in business judgement in anticipating client/project needs and developing alternative solutions. Form effective teams, share client background and goals, measure results, share ideas, identify process improvements, provide coaching and feedback to team members. Conduct vendor negotiations. Maintain high level relationships with clients major service providers. Act as strategic resource for Health Management consultants. Exhibit thought leadership for Health Management. Additional formal or informal responsibilities may include: People management or mentoring Business development results Staffing planning Technical expertise

Tasks: Benefit strategy Goal setting Benchmarking Plan design Pricing strategy Bid/selection projects Health plan management Manage client financials and growth Improve client profitability and recovery Expand client relationships and grow revenue Budget allocation and tracking, including identifying out of scope work and discussing budget changes with the client Provide client leadership on targeted clients/prospects focusing on broader business objectives Take ownership of outcomes Build relationships with clients Understand clients business Build relationships with MC/BD Lead selling and entertainment activities Analyze scoping needs Develop business plan and integrated work plan

Qualifications Qualifications: Recruiting guidelines: College degree Project management experience People management experience or equivalent skills (depending on people management responsibilities) Broad business knowledge/perspective Team building skills Health care experience (12+ years) Consulting experience (6+ years) Business development experience
