Conduct Fitness Profiles and Exercise Prescriptions as scheduled in the appointment book . Assist participants in reaching their fitness goals by giving them suggestions on how to improve their workouts Fitness Center Operations . Supervision of the facility . Demonstrate excellent customer service skills . Competencies in using all of the exercise equipment . Knowledge of variety of exercises and facility procedures Marketing Strategies . Promote programs and keeping it highly visible to target population . Use appropriate promotional tools such as voicemails, e-mails, posters, desk drops, and brochures Group Exercise Instructor . Assist group exercise coordinator with teaching variety of classes such as Total Body Conditioning, Boot Camp, Circuit Training, Cardiovascular Conditioning, and Abs and Low-Back Class. Special Project / Internship Project . Assist in planning, promoting, implementing, and evaluating special programs to gain well-rounded experience in project management . Coordinate one major project, which reflects both needs and interest of the student and the Firm.
