CITI Global Wealth Management (GWM), Investments FINANCE TEAM Senior Financial Analyst Global Wealth Management (GWM) was formed in 2004 to combine the Citi Private Bank, Smith Barney Private Client and Smith Barney Global Equity Research, creating one of the largest wealth managers in the world. This effectively combined two distribution platforms to target high net worth and affluent clients. Global Wealth Management Investments is part of Global Wealth Management sector, and focuses on product development, training on GWMs products and services and assisting bankers and financial advisors in selling programs and services to high net worth and affluent clients. This position will be a part of a dynamic, growing Finance team that supports all of the GWM Investment business.

RESPONSIBILITIES: * Support Senior Management of Global Wealth Management Investments Finance through analysis and monthly financial reporting of $250Mm + expense budget; * Various special projects, include profitability analysis, finance coordination for new or existing businesses; * Assist in the preparation and coordination of the planning and quarterly re-forecasting process; work with business managers for expense and headcount analysis; * Assist in the preparation and coordination of the monthly close, internal audit and Risk Control Self Assessment requirements; * Assist Director of Finance with various ad hoc reporting requests; * Assist in the creation of new reporting as business needs dictate; * Perform ad hoc projects to support department managers and Smith Barney Senior Management.

Specifications / Qualifications QUALIFICATIONS: * Bachelor’s degree required; MBA a plus; * Minimum 5 years experience in financial reporting and analysis functions; Financial Services industry a huge plus; * A great aptitude for numbers, producing strong analytics and computer modeling; * Strong computer skills, MS Excel, Powerpoint and Access; knowledge of Essbase and Business Objects is a plus; * Excellent communication skills, both written & verbal required; * Highly organized with excellent attention to detail; * Desire to work in a team based environment and contribute as a team player.
