This growing Private Equity firm is expanding and is now seeking a Controller to join their team. This is a new position, reporting to the CFO, and managing a team of up to 10 people. You will be responsible for all areas of operational accounting including, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Journal Entires, General Ledger, Financial Statements, Profit & Loss, Reporting, and Forecasting. Though this is a very profitable company but they run it as a family operation. This position is not for the clock watcher, but is perfect for the individual who wants to be part of a team. You will have constant interaction with other departments and will have definite room for growth. Communication is very important, both written and verbal. They will entertain candidates who have previous Controller experiences but will also look at Senior Accountants who are ready for the next step.
