Position Description: Responsibilities: â• a Manage the ongoing global training and development strategy and prioritization of training and development initiatives for international financial services corporation. â• a Work closely with US and non-US subject-matter experts to design, develop and implement and evaluate well-tailored, up-to-date, relevant and interactive training. â• a Develop and implement refresher training, when/where appropriate. â• a Manage external vendor relationships, when/where necessary. â• a Develop and track measurable performance metrics to reflect effectiveness of compliance training program. â• a Assist with other training-related initiatives as they arise. â• a Prepare regular reports to the Global Training Director on status of training and other initiatives. Requirements: â• a BA or BS required; MBA or JD preferred. â• a Background in the financial services industry a plus. â• a 3-5 years of experience designing and implementing global training and development initiatives. (Conducting training needs analysis, curriculum design, training objectives, instructional strategies, scope, timing and resource requirements). â• a Experience working in-house at a multi-national company required. â• a Strong project management skills. â• a Strong oral presentation skills; inspiring speaker; good listener. â• a Values integrity, accountability & teamwork. â• a Interest and experience in using technology and the internet to improve work efficiency. â• a Experience interacting with all levels and departments within a company, to include working with field offices, domestic and international. â• a Exceptional written and oral communication skills. â• a Strong organizational skills and detail-oriented, with the ability to handle multiple priorities. â• a Team player with a positive attitude and willing to â?• pitch inâ• Y wherever necessary. â• a Certified to train DDI (Development Diemnsions International), Achieve Global and/or MBTI (Myers-Briggs Type Indicator) a plus. â• a Willing and able to travel 30-40%% internationally.
