Job description The Media and Entertainment (M&E) Digital Media Specialist/Global SME has dual accountability for global sales and delivery of critical M&E engagements involving significant client "game changing" Business Transformation thru technology, process & organizational change initiatives focused on Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solutions to help clients improve the efficiency and effectiveness of marketing, sales and customer service while improving customer loyalty, satisfaction, and profitability across all channels. The resource will be responsible for providing thought leadership and developing leading edge solutions / architectures to address Digital Media (DM) on demand Business Transformation solutions for our prospects/clients. This role develops winning proposals for sales, project start-up, delivery excellence, and team leadership, as well as develops significant, sustainable client executive relationships. The role is responsible for the identification of additional strategic client opportunities, and stimulating client interest in further IBM offerings. This is a hands-on consulting sales/delivery role in a complex and integrated environment which is multi-functional, multi-national and crosses multiple locations. The resource works directly and collaboratively with GBS Communications Sector Partners to drive defined opportunities to closure, ensuring maximum IBM revenue results for the industry. Preferred candidates should have significant M&E industry experience in management consulting experience on multiple engagements and be multi-lingual.
