Description: Responsibilities for the Global Head of Tax include:

- Consolidating and reviewing investment partnerships
- Ensuring foreign tax credit utilization/maximization
- Overseeing Subpart F analysis/planning
- Providing cross border financing and securitization planning
- Working on internal reorganization and restructuring
- Focusing on financial statement considerations and SOX
- Being involved in internal mergers and acquisitions initiatives
- Interacting extensively with a wide variety of business groups within the firm
- Helping develop and review global and regional transfer pricing policies and guidelines
- Providing international tax technical support, as needed, to international tax compliance group

Required Skills:
- 10+ years of domestic and international corporate tax experience
- Knowledge of Fast-Tax
