For more information, please visitwww.jpmorgan.com/wss Product Analyst — Messaging As a Global Custody Product Analyst, you will partner with the Messaging Product Manager to actively drive the IS messaging queue. You will work with each Product Developer to assist in the development of strategy, identify and prioritize development projects and understand all activities and costs of our messaging service as it relates to our global custody product. You will engage in competitor product analysis, product marketing and P&L management. Additionally, you will actively drive the IS messaging queue across all constituents: clients, product managers, servicing group, developers, and testers. Hold fortnightly meetings. Track all deliverables across all phases of each initiative. Duties include: * Review technology requests with requestors and provide assistance in business case preparation * Prioritize business cases for WHEM Product Manager Review * Maintain running report of request status & calculate request queue statistics * Maintain MIS on all requests, prepare management reports for analysis * Actively driving the product development of vendor trade capture products: Bloomberg, OMGEO, IRESS, Recordkeepers, FMCNet * Develop and maintain a Messaging Product Knowledge Base. The knowledge base will contain: * Product documentation (processing, content, format) * Product communication & broadcasts * Training materials & other presentations * Provide sales & marketing support, including: * Preparation of messaging RFP responses & maintenance of RFP database * Preparation of Product Bulletins & Slipsheets * Develop, maintain and report message statistics for achieving least cost messaging and product profitability. * Work with Global Custody Product Developers to develop strategy for asset servicing, fund, transaction settlement, reconciliation and reporting products. * Prepare Message Statistics (WATCH product) * Analyze message patterns and trends * Monitor & analyze client costs and trends * Work on WHEM Core Product Development assignments as available. * 5 or more years experience in product, client service or global custody operations. (alternatively, experience with securities processing in brokerage, investment management or fund management will be considered) * Well organized with excellent communication skills (verbal, written & presentation) * Ability to maintain close working relationship with sales, customer service and product delivery managers to ensure customer satisfaction and product profitability * Specific SWIFT or other messaging product knowledge a plus * Knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint, Word & Excel.
