Job description The FS Associate Partner has direct accountability for the overall successful solution design and delivery of large-scale Financial Services engagements involving CRM technology, process & organization. The FS AP provides hands-on leadership & direction to the team as well as manages client executive relationships. The AP will also be responsible for leading business case development & performance measurement. This is a hands-on consulting delivery role in a complex & integrated environment which is multi-functional, multi-national, &/or crosses multiple locations. This is not an account management or business development role however the Associate Partner will work closely with the Practice Partners on business development. Required * At least 3 years experience in Working for a consulting firm with consulting responsibilities * At least 5 years experience in project management full lifecycle, successful large-scale Financial Services transformation engagements involving technology, process and organizational * At least 5 years experience in Financial Services Industry * At least 5 years experience in Business case development / benefits realization * At least 4 years experience in driving and governing requirements definition, analysis and design for solutions including HW and SW (selection, sizing, and configuration recommendation and execution). * Readiness to travel up to 75%%; travelling 5 days a week, home on weekends * English: Fluent Preferred * Masters Degree * At least 4 years experience in Working for a consulting firm with consulting responsibilities * At least 5 years experience in CRM Solutions as a Subject Matter Expert * At least 1 year experience in effectively marketing CRM solutions to business and IT LOBs in the Finance Sector * At least 5 years experience in managing delivery teams * At least 5 years experience in hands-on developed deliverables defined by formal/structured methodology * At least 5 years experience in driving and governing requirements definition, analysis and design for solutions including HW and SW (selection, sizing, and configuration recommendation and execution).
