As a Food and Beverage Manager you will participate in establishing unit financial and operating goals, including qualitative standards for product and service, and quantitative standards for production and workloads. You will be responsible for overseeing all foodservice outlets within the unit including restaurants, bars, room service, suites services, public food courts, cafeterias and retail food outlets. The Food and Beverage manager is responsible for the development of the food and beverage management team.
Qualifications Ideal candidates will possess a bachelors degree and 5-8 years of hospitality management experience. The ability to manage in a diverse environment with focus on client and customer services is essential to success in this role. Strong organizational, time management and team development skills are required. P&L accountability and/or contract-managed service experience is desirable.
