Description: Posting Job Title Floor Director, Studio Operations TimeWarner Division Turner Broadcasting Location United States - New York - New York Requisition # 87841BR Position Type Full Time Posting Job Description Qualifications: College degree required. Prior job experience may be considered in lieu of degree. Television production experience College internship or three to six months news experience. Individuals must be highly organized and have strong leadership abilities. Must be able to work in and support a team-building environment, exhibit professionalism, Teamwork and Works well under pressure. Duties: Communicate directions and instructions primarily to on-air talent and guests, but to other members of the floor crew as well. Control/organize the movement of people and equipment in and out of, and within the studio during live shows and tapings. Pre-production planning responsibilities include participating in production meetings and assisting the director with camera blocking and scenery issues. Assist other studio personnel as required (prepping talent for air, etc.) Travel for show production as needed. Perform other duties, such as troubleshooting audio and lighting issues.
