Posting Job Title Flight Attendant - Corporate Services TimeWarner Division Time Warner Cable Industry Cable and Telecommunications Services Location United States - New York - New York Requisition # 106432BR Position Type Full Time Posting Job Description POSITION SUMMARY: The Time Warner Cable Corporate office currently seeks two Flight Attendants for our Corporate Services department. This position will be primarily responsible for assisting his/her Captain and First Officer in ensuring the safety and transportation of TWC employees and other passengers to scheduled destinations from Teterboro Airport in New Jersey. Below please find a brief description of the essential duties and responsibilities required to function successfully in this position. PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES: . Provide assistance to the Captain, First Officer and passengers in several phases of an assigned trip prior to, during, and after the flight. . Ascertain that the cabin, galley, lavatory and storage areas of the assigned aircraft are in a safe and operational condition in compliance with appropriate FARs and the FAA approved Aircraft Flight Manual. . Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of cabin emergency equipment and procedures in order to provide maximum assistance to the passengers in the event of emergency or illness. . This comprehensive level is also to be maintained regarding the use of cabin electronic aids, comfort and convenience. . Additional duties include preparing the cabin for each leg of a trip, securing and ensuring the cabin is cleaned after each leg of a trip, completing the supplies checklist and restocking the aircraft, conveying any discrepancies to the Captain and coordinating with the passengers and/or other flight crewmembers for catering and special requirements. QUALIFICATIONS: Technical/ Education: . Bachelors degree or equivalent experience and recommend 6 months corporate flying experience . Has direct responsibility for cabin safety . Ensures compliance with all FAA and Company regulations and procedures . Sustains currency in emergency procedures including First Aid, CPR, aircraft systems, defibrillator and evacuation . Must be able to operate cabin communications and entertainment equipment . Provide for passenger comfort, service and well being . Maintain cabin in ready status at all times . Plan menus, procure supplies, present first class food/wine/beverage service with attention to geographic, hygienic/allergies, and personal and religious preferences . Ensure supplies and food are properly stocked and maintained in commissary Arrange for the procurement of all catering to enhance service and customer needs Business Skills: . Treats customers with care, consideration, and respect . Demonstrates commitment to quality, but may require guidance in interpreting and fulfilling some customer needs . Completes tasks within defined procedures, seeking out new assignments . Gives and receives information in fairly well defined situations. . Knowledge of required protocol, diplomacy, discretion and confidentiality . Works effectively and consistently as part of a team Personal Performance: .
