Job Description: seeking an Interaction Designer to work with our team of designers and technologists. The Interaction Designer is responsible for developing visual ideas in the production process. The Interaction designer we`re looking for has extensive experience with the online world, is filled with ideas and has some experience with the opportunities and limitations of this online world. Creativity, ability to collaborate and ability to keep pace in a demanding production environment are absolute necessities.

Requirements/Qualifications: Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite CS3. Experience with Flash CS3. Understanding of the interactive development process eg. designing for search engine optimization, accessibility and overall viability of production. Ability to conceptualize in general terms and keep a consistent eye on details. Ability to design information as well as more illustrative projects. Nice to haves: Experience with video production software such as Final Cut, or After Effects. Experience with 3d software such as Maya.
