Job description The Finance Transformation Senior Managing Consultant is directly accountable for the successful project delivery of consulting services focused on improving the efficiency and effectiveness of the Finance function for our clients in the Industrial sector. Incumbent will lead integration efforts and provide subject matter expertise in one or more of the Process Transformation work streams: GL, Planning and Reporting, Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Inter-company and Transfer Pricing, Projects and Assets, Shared Services. Must be able to manage large complex finance transformation projects relating to the work streams listed above. Must be able to lead large IBM and client teams, build strong relationship with Project Sponsor, CFO, etc. Will be expected to develop relationships with client staff and to participate in business development opportunities. Will be expected to bring Finance function industry experience and prior consulting experience to the FM practice to enhance our delivery and business development capabilities. Preferred candidates should have a deep understanding of corporate Finance strategy and the application of technology as well as consulting methodology. Experience with BPM and/or ERP desirable.
