ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Handles field collection of delinquent accounts. Utilizes phone contact, of assigned delinquent customers, for account balance recovery. Recovers converters from assigned accounts. Meets all compliance windows and service agreements. Has responsibility for daily check-in of all collected payments and recovered equipment. Prepares and completes daily collection activity reports. Attends all required meetings and training sessions. Responds to all pages received in the field in a timely manner. Understands, explains and implements fixed payment plans for qualifying customers. Exercises and completes professionalism, when entering a customers home to disconnect or reconnect electronic equipment and collect payments. QUALIFICATIONS To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
