Description: JPMorgan seeks an Executive Recruiter for its Asset and Wealth Management business. The Executive Recruiter will work to ensure that JPMorgan is positioned to attract the best talent, both internally and externally. This individual will play a high-level consulting role and be responsible for developing sophisticated recruitment strategies. The In-house research team can be leveraged for specific searches, competitive intelligence and market analysis; this individual will work with the team to provide a diverse slate of candidates for each hire while reducing the dependency on external search firms. * Responsible for full lifecycle recruitment of Experience Hire candidates; positions range from mid to senior level individual contributors and leadership, as well as support staff * Successfully source, cold call, screen and manage the interview and offer process * Interact and build successful relationships with hiring managers and senior management to effectively develop recruiting strategies * Conduct closing interviews, administer benefits information, deliver declinations and extend offers * Identify top talent across line-of-business, geographies and diverse cultures * Assist with defining the hiring needs of the department by working closely with senior hiring managers and Human Resource Business Partners; develop a comprehensive understanding of the business issues and priorities * 5 plus years full lifecycle recruiting experience * Undergraduate degree required * Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; Interacts and communicates equally well at all levels * Ability to identify innovative and creative solutions for hard to fill positions * Superior multitasking skills, project management skills and business acumen * Must be able to work independently in a dynamic environment of change, challenge and multiple deadlines and priorities * Expert name generation skills, networking and relationship building skills * High level of comfort cold calling into organizations to sell currently employed potential candidates on opportunities within JPMorgan * Experience with sophisticated compensation negotiations * Ability to mobilize internal networks and resources * Demonstrates sense of urgency and takes ownership of solving problems * Working knowledge of AIRS recruiting methods preferred * Experience recruiting Investment Management, Private Banking, Trust, Financial Planning and Investment professionals in the high and ultra-high net worth space is a plus * Recruiting experience in an Agency environment highly desired JPMorgan Chase offers an exceptional benefits package and highly competitive compensation package.
