PricewaterhouseCoopers is currently seeking a qualified individual for the following position Summary Description: PricewaterhouseCoopers is seeking Executive Assistants (EA) to effectively deliver distinctive administrative services to assigned partners . By providing distinctive service, partners will be better able to focus their activities on internal and external clients. Executive Assistants are expected to provide superior customer service, with high attention to detail and accuracy while contributing to a positive, professional team environment. Executive Assistants will report directly to an Executive Assistant Manager. Strategic & Technical Orientation / Job Content: The Executive Assistant is the "single point of contact" for the administrative needs of their assigned partners and provides services in a manner that demonstrates the highest level of quality, accountability, and teamwork. An Executive Assistant should have the cognitive ability to understand the PwC environment, professional service firms, and have the mindset of continuous improvement of the roles quality and efficiency. An Executive Assistant should gain and consistently apply a solid understanding and meeting of their customers needs. Executive Assistants are expected to actively participate in national knowledge sharing activities as well as share best practices among peers and within their formal and informal networks. Executive Assistants will work on a variety of assignments and will provide distinctive service, which will enable partners to focus their activities on internal and external clients. Scope of Responsibility: Deliver quality administrative support to an assigned team of partners . An Executive Assistant is responsible for effectively guiding and executing projects within their work area as well as tailor activities to leverage knowledge learned and information obtained to assist partners in their work. Quality Service Delivery: Executive Assistants will be expected to consistently deliver distinctive, 5-star quality service, with attention to detail and accuracy Monitor and prioritize communications from a wide variety of sources, e.g. Lotus Notes and voicemail Create, update and maintain presentations, agendas and other deliverables and work in collaboration with Office Services for completion and final delivery Prepare and complete time and expense reports in accordance with Firm guidelines for partners Maintain calendars/Blackberry and provide timely reminders Input, monitor and maintain data within discipline-specific software and databases Troubleshoot technology issues for partners Schedule, coordinate and oversee a wide variety of internal and external meetings, both local and off-site, including scheduling, coordination, setup and other logistics Prepare, distribute and maintain meeting notes and complete other follow-up requirements Coordinate travel plans by staying current with Firms policies and communicating any trip changes Network Collaboration: Develop and/or maintain an effective working relationships with partners Develop and/or maintain an effective relationship with the Executive Assistant Manager Proactively ensure proper coverage through collaboration with the Executive Assistant Manager Share best practices with other Executive Assistants, and the Executive Assistant Manager as well as through Lunch & Learn trainings or team meetings Develop and/or maintain an effective working relationships with Executive Assistant peers and Team Assistants both internally and externally at client site(s) Develop and/or maintain effective working relationships with contacts at the client Understand the current status of work the partners are engaged in, both internally and externally. Actively participate in team or office meetings Support a wide variety ad hoc projects People and Performance Management Support partner and manager professional development, including monitoring and communicating Continuing Professional Education compliance, assistance with course/meeting/conference registration, and documenting internal training Provide professional support to PwC visitors and external personnel; assist with security requirements and greet and escort as appropriate Strong knowledge of Word, Excel, Powerpoint and other PwC databases Accurately prepare time and expense reports and reconcile with American Express bill Assist Partners with obtaining and renewing CPA licenses Maintain L&E requirements for self and others on the team Executive Assistants are expected to accurately record their own time and expenses in accordance with the Firms chargeability guidelines Market Efficiency: Maintain filing system while adhering to firms document retention policy Strong knowledge of Global Financial System in order to be able to assist Partners as needed Quality Service Delivery: Provide distinctive customer service and error free deliverables measured through customer feedback Take initiative to offer suggestions on best practices Utilize Voyager for travel reservations (vs other media) Network Collaboration: Effective working relationships with partners, Executive Assistant Manager, and Executive Assistant peers Foster teaming and collaboration within and across teams Communicate coverage needs to Executive Assistant Manager and partners Actively participate in team meetings and share knowledge across network Implement recommendations made by Executive Assistant Manager People and Performance Management Active participation in Executive Assistant change initiatives and demonstration of change agility behaviors Actively participate in firms coaching and feedback programs Complete all feedback forms and development plans on a timely basis Seek opportunities for development and request feedback from partners Accurate recording of their own time and expenses in accordance with the Firms chargeability guidelines Market Efficiency: Knowledgeable about key clients and the administrative support that can be provided to partners to foster those relationships Actively seek line of service, sectors and BUs knowledge and use that information to better educate themselves or others
