Description: Exec/Admin Assistant I AutoReqId 106967BR Responsibilities Scheduling and calendar management for VP, including all team meetings Efficiently and effectively managing all scheduling needs, anticipating conflicts, suggesting alternatives, based on knowledge of departmental key initiatives and priorities Proactively recommend changes that alleviate difficult scheduling concerns Support ongoing management of the US Corporate Card Program Telephone and message management. Job Specifications Candidates for the Executive Administrative Assistant role should demonstrate mastery of the following knowledge, skills, and abilities: Minimum 5 years relevant administrative support job experience Proven Senior level administrative experience Demonstrated mastery of the Microsoft suite of tools (Word, Powerpoint, Excel) (Project/Access a plus) and Lotus Notes Strong working knowledge/experience with Ariba, CTO, XMS, Conferencing systems, CPC a plus Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously Ability to interact with individuals at all levels Excellent organizational, verbal and written communication skills Must be proactive, flexible and adaptive in a rapidly changing environment and adjust with a "can do" attitude Must have excellent time management skills and be organized and detail oriented Work Location State/Province New York Work Location Country United States Classification Full-Time - Regular
