The Inside Sales Representative will promote and sell Thompson - CrossBorders’ leading software products and services through outbound telephone calls from our established database of networks and contacts. This individual will be provided with the tools and experience necessary to launch a successful career in sales. The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for, but not limited to the following: * Prospect to C-Level Corporate Tax Executives, presenting sophisticated software solutions. * Maintain contact information of prospects as well as record sales potential and next steps in the sales process. * Briefly discuss the use of products, emphasizing product features based on analyses of customers%%27 needs and on technical knowledge of product capabilities * Initiate sales campaigns in order to meet sales expectations * Maintain a working knowledge of company products, special sales programs and marketing efforts within the sales division. * Work closely with Sr. Sales Reps to optimize sales opportunities * Obtain competitive market intelligence during daily contacts and shares information appropriately in order to assist in the development of sales strategies. Qualifications: . 4 year college degree required . Previous sales experience desired, but not necessary. . A strong desire to pursue a career in sales . Excellent communication skills . Ability to function well in a fast-paced environment . Ability to understand and communicate technical benefits of our tax software solutions . Ability to apply sales concepts to obtain desired result
