Engagement Managers typically take on project leadership and management, working closely with Principals, and also are expected to contribute significantly to the professional development of team members. Staffing on projects is discussed, not simply assigned, while a mix of projects broadens experience and challenges intellect. Typical project roles include: * Problem formulation and analysis * * Client interviews * * Alternative generation * * Model development and evaluation * * Meeting and workshop facilitation * * Creating and delivering presentations to clients * * Project management * * Client relationship development * Engagement Managers may lead multiple projects at a single account, or take on broader account management responsibilities.
