Emerging Markets FX Middle Office Product Control - Supervisor Responsibilities * Supervise Daily P&L production, risk analysis and P&L Analysis for the FX Emerging Markets desk. * Products supported (all in Local currencies) include IR Swaps, Swaptions, Caps/Floors, NDF, Options, Bond trading and the Brazil "2689" account * Provide daily commentary and analysis for management reporting by trader * Monthly balancing of Flash versus G/L * Understand impact of market activity, especially foreign exchange revaluation, on the business and its P&L * Alongside the middle office trade capture team, develop new efficiencies and drive process change

Requirements * Bachelors Degree in Finance or Accounting * Three plus years of industry experience * Proficient with MS Excel * Knowledge of PALS/Summit/Maria/Murex/ITS/Quest a plus. * Must be able to work in fast paced team environment and multi-task efficiently * Must be pro-active, detail oriented, highly energetic and a quick learner * Must be a self-starter with strong prioritization skills * Excellent verbal and written communications skills with the ability to interact with management at all levels.
