Responsibilities The Electronic Discovery Specialist position exists to drive new and repeat sales of Electronic Discovery services to top U.S. Corporations and Law Firms. The primary focus of the EDS will be to penetrate new accounts and to drive new sales and repeat sales in territory and targeted accounts. The EDS will be the primary driver of electronic discovery sales within the designated territory. The EDS position is a highly leveraged position and requires extensive travel. Attainment of revenue quota and other metrics are paramount. Qualifications This position is home-based on the East coast. The ideal candidate will be located in either NYC or Boston. 1. 5-7 years high level executive sales or litigation support. 2. BA/BS or similar experience required; Juris Doctorate or MBA strongly preferred. 3. Experience with in-house document management systems, discovery document retrieval tools or similar technologies. 4. Understanding of the legal environment, specifically knowledge of the litigation process and litigations support solutions. 5. Highly developed executive presentation skills, including ability to influence and persuade decision makers at all levels. 6. Demonstrated experience working in a fast paced, team oriented environment where effective team selling is critical to success. 7. Overnight travel required. Frequency depends on territory location. 8. Ability to lift or carry laptop and collateral sales materials of approximately 10-15 pounds.
