Opportunity Summary: The East Enlistment Director has primary responsibility for managing a team that is driving revenue through new partner acquisitions. The Director will lead and mentor a team of approximately eight Enlistment Executives who are responsible for new business. The Director will be an evangelist for the organization, will help build a solid pipeline of prospects and customers, and will work closely with the team to insure successful sales and implementation of the LRN product. This individual will be creating a compelling LRN vision/mission that inspires action and then links that vision to the LRN value proposition/program offerings. S/he will be a leader in the organization, and mentor a strong team of sales people. Our successful Director will become a trusted advisor to his/her team, an undying customer advocate, and the consummate sales professional.
Essential Job Functions: The East Enlistment Director would have the following key responsibilities, all of which would be conducted in conjunction with LRN Sales team: . Overall ownership of a team responsible for driving revenue through new partner acquisitions . Guide team to develop relationships with customer; engage effectively, and create and deliver presentations to CXO audiences including General Counsel and HR Executives of the Fortune 1000, as well as other senior executives . Manage team of approximately eight Enlistment Executives; mentor, lead and manage team . Function effectively at both the strategic and detail levels in support of the development and maintenance of major client relationships. Maintaining domain expertise in relevant business, legal compliance and ethical areas . Differentiate and position value proposition vs. competition . Collaborate and enlist team including solution delivery executives to deliver LRNs products and services . Generate revenue growth and ensure a high degree of customer satisfaction with LRNs products and services
Qualifications and Experience: The East Enlistment Director will ideally have a strong blend of the following qualifications and attributes: . Minimum of 8 years of consistent successful solution sales experience with enterprise technology solutions companies or consulting firms, with 3-5 years experience managing a team . Experience managing team of senior sales people . Experience selling to Fortune 1000, at the CXO level and expanding existing customer relationships . The ability to articulate a visionary message . Demonstrated experience selling into new accounts . Significant conceptual sales experience, selling an intangible . Demonstrated consultative approach to selling . The ability to manage a complex multi-point sales cycle . Exceptional relationship development and management abilities . Unconditional commitment to customer service . Extremely effective written, oral, and presentation communication skills . Demonstrated high degree of ethics and integrity
Education: . BA/BS Degree . MBA preferred
