Position Description: Crisis Management Division AIG WorldSource Title â?? Divisional Vice President The Crisis Management Division of AIG WorldSource is seeking a candidate for a Divisional Vice President reporting to the Profit Center Manager. The duties and responsibilities for this position include the following: Management responsibility for day-to-day underwriting and profitability of the divisionâ?s eight offices writing Kidnap, Ransom and Extortion, Product Recall, and Contaminated Products lines of business. Duties include P&L analysis, development/update of underwriting guidelines, form development, establish and monitoring of key performance indicators. Assist in the development and implementation of strategic initiatives to achieve divisional premium growth and profitability. Assist in the development and implementation of internal cross marketing initiatives and new products. Assist in the professional development and training of the divisional staff of 30 people. Candidates must have good leadership skills; be able to handle multiple tasks in an efficient manner; have good presentation and communication skills; and good project management skills.
