Description: Description: The Incentive Compensation Systems team is a part of Data Management group within USPO Technology Management organization. Data Management is a group that collects, processes, and disseminates data, including third party sales data, internal interactions data (calls, samples, speaker programs, etc), contracting data, direct-to-consumer data, etc. Incentive Compensation Systems team supports applications, data and processes utilized for calculation of the Incentive Compensation for the Pfizer sales force. This includes Territory Alignment, Data aggregation and crediting, Quota development, Performance Measurement, Bonus and Awards calculation. The team supports the Sales Operations department, a 40-strong organization, charted with plan design and administration, sales force tools and processes, and sales force communications. The colleague will need to perform the following essential functions: 1) Be an owner of one or more assigned applications, data or processes, including planning and executing development, enhancements, maintenance, with the support of vendors and subcontrators. Through development of the features roadmap ensure alignment with the larger sales operations strategy. Manage the relationships with all stakeholders of the application or process to ensure customer satisfaction. Develop and rollout new business and technology processes in response to the changes in business. Perform data analyses to support and influence Sales Operations strategy development and execution. 2) Be a knowledgeable and trusted partner to the Sales Operations organization, provide technical, process and data content advice. Translate client business needs and strategies into high-value technology solutions and develop and manage Client agreed service levels. Work with Sales Operations/L&D and other members of the Sales TM team to drive the end-to-end client initiative cycle - from intake (incl. Business Case Development) to solution development and deployment to maintenance. Bring new industry and emerging technology solutions to address clientâ Ts strategic and business requirements. 3) Negotiate contracts and manage vendor relationships, aided by the corporate Vendor Management and Procurement groups. Develop RFPs, RFIs, manage implementations and rollout of new tools, applications and processes. Establish project scope, clear decision gates, vendor SOWs, and entrance/ exit criteria across phases of development or directs individual project managers to define these. 4) Provide all aspects of technical project management, including detailed project requirement definition, budgeting, project planning, metrics tracking, and timely deliverables, or manages technical project managers to ensure effective delivery. Create and maintain all project plans and manages all project activities against these plans for projects that are directly led, or orchestrate all project planning activities for individual projects in a program portfolio. Manage day-to-day performance and deliverables of project team members, both internal to Pfizer as well as external resources. Effectively lead meetings with clients, vendors, and stakeholders, and conduct productive technology project team status/review meetings. Identify and bring to resolution project risks and issues, escalate major project risks to scope or budget or timeline to appropriate escalation points; also serves as an escalation point for individual project managers on a program team. Qualifications: â-? Excellent knowledge of pharmaceutical commercial data and pharma commercial model â-? Proven track record of negotiation and persuasion skills across the functional lines â-? Energetic and enthusiastic, can do attitude. â-? 5 years of solid project management experience that includes the establishment of large complex programs, with multiple stakeholders. â-? Process reengineering skills and a good understanding of technology. â-? Consulting or other experience that can prove the ability to assimilate a problem very quickly. â-?
