Description: As the Director of Physical Therapy, you will:

- Provide therapeutic patient care based on current diagnosis and past medical history
- Manage the overall leadership and operation of the clinic
- Spearhead marketing initiatives
- Review patient records for current diagnosis, past medical history, precautions and contraindications
- Schedule patients in advance for appointments
- Adhere to verbal agreement with patients as to appointment times
- Establish safe work environment at each session, free from distractions or obstacles
- Perform patient evaluations
- Set plan of care based on physicians orders and evaluation findings
- Provide therapeutic interventions as specified in plan of care
- Instruct patients in home exercise programs, transfer training, positioning, and safety issues
- Document date, time and therapeutic interventions applied at each session objectively in electronic documentation system
- Coordinate services with other professionals
- Report adverse responses to treatment

Required Skills:
- 3-10 years of physical therapy experience
- Management experience
- Knowledge of acute care, inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation, post-operative care, and business development
- Valid New Jersey Physical Therapist (PT) licensure
- Bachelors degree in Physical Therapy
