Location : New York NY US Job Type : Full Time Career Level : Experienced (Non-Manager) Category : Accounting/Finance Job Description : ü Serve as an intermediary between Bowne, its senior management and the public company investment community

ü assist in developing the strategic messages and investment thesis that will flow through Bowne’s public statements (including Securities & Exchange Commission filings) and press releases

ü assist in the quarterly earnings announcement process including drafting key messages and concepts, the press release and earnings call script, and implementing and overseeing the conference call and webcast logistics ü help write other financial related communications materials including press releases, presentations, fact sheets and scripts

ü pro-actively target, develop and manage relationships with financial analysts’ ensuring that they understand Bowne’s investment thesis. It is critical that additional analysts’ coverage is obtained and the person who fills this position must have the ability to help secure and maintain additional analysts’ coverage. The Company has established a goal to have coverage in place from four credible financial analysts within the next 12 months

ü help manage the relationship with Moody’s Investors and Standard & Poor’s

ü implement public company investors targeting programs, arrange for meetings with the financial community and potential investors, and secure speaking opportunities at key investor conferences

ü help plan and organize Bowne’s annual shareholder meeting and analysts/investor day meetings with senior management

ü monitor the Company’s institutional ownership and trading activity & trends, and target new potential investors

ü prepare reports for senior management and the Board of Directors on the performance of the stock price, development and changes in the shareholder constituency and, peer and industry news

ü participate in Bowne’s corporate disclosures including the review of all SEC filings

ü participate in the creation of all financial communications materials including earnings releases & press releases, investor presentations, financial scripts, investor kits and oversee the enhancement of the Company’s web site regarding the investors relations area.

ü oversee all external public company investor related vendor relationships and manage the annual budget in this area
