Deloitte Services is hiring a Director of Internet Marketing. a The Director of Internet Marketing is a leadership role in the Brand & Reputation group of Deloitte Services LP. The position reports directly to the Director of US National Marketing and Brand, and is responsible for development, execution, management and measurement of online communications strategy and tactics in support of online external marketing communications campaigns, initiatives and programs within the U.S. member firm of Deloitte.a Key clients include functions, industry sectors, Talent. a Primary areas of focus include developing strategy for publishing, authoring and promoting content via the U.S. organizations Internet marketing channel which includes: www.Deloitte.com/us, e-mail marketing, organic and paid search engine marketing, podcasting, content syndication, social media and lead generation programs. We are alooking for someone with a talent for translating business strategy and objectives into truly differentiated approach via our online outlets. a a Primary Responsibilities a -Develop vision and strategy for firms most visible brand "billboard" - our web site - including strategies for our Talent, Client/Target and eminence approaches -Consult with marketing leadership (internal clients) to develop approaches, plans, programs and campaigns in support of their greater marketing initiatives. -Develop and advise as to best practices, policies and procedures related to Internet marketing. -Manage a highly-skilled, 14-member team, responsible for online content strategy, design, and operations in support of online channel. -Manage Internet component of a the U.S. marketing organizations Return on Marketing Investment (ROMI) program, as well as capture, track, distribute and report on web leads received via www.Deloitte.com/us. -Ensure adherence to the master brand guidelines, visual identity standards and editorial style guide in support of the brand. -Act as U.S. liaison with global online communications leadership to ensure strategies and approaches are aligned and business requirements are being met. -Manage relationships with 3rd party vendors, freelancers and agencies as required. -Strong performance in developing and executing business strategy - 10+ years in a series of marketing or channel leader positions, involving client strategy development -Self-motivated individual who enjoys working as part of a team . -Excellent written and oral communications skills. -Strong interpersonal, project management and organizational skills, with a persistent focus on client service (both internal and external). -Experience with leading creative, editorial and technical resources. -Experience in Internet publishing, emarketing or online communications in a B2B market -Bachelor degree in communications, journalism, marketing or related field of study. Advanced degree preferred. -Prefer experience with enterprise content management and portal systems or management of those applications (preferably Vignette V7/Portal). -Domestic travel and some global travel required.
