We are currently seeking a Director of Government Capture to join us in our New York City or Albany office. Internal Audit Regulatory and Compliance (IARC) Services professionals help organizations enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of critical in-house governance, internal audit and compliance functions. IARC professionals, focused on internal audit, help strengthen/supplement client internal audit functions across industries primarily through strategic sourcing. They also perform risk assessments and risk-based operational, financial and compliance audits of key business processes. Responsibilites: .Review bid opportunities and assist teams in formulating supporting rationale for deals board presentation .Operate as primary point of contact with potential client once an opportunity is approved for pursuit .Develop and execute capture plan .Develop and monitor bid and proposal budget .Collect and analyze opportunity market intelligence .Develop, in detail, and continually re-evaluate and, if necessary, re-define the winning bid plan .Conduct customer, competitive and teaming analysis; continually assess competition and formulate plans to develop and maintain advantage .Develop pursuit call plan .Formulate go to market team structure and negotiate with teaming partners .Align and adjust capture plan as necessary based on new information .Build discriminator/win themes .Identify and coordinate internal pursuit resources .Develops preliminary risk mitigation plan .Communicate bid plans to the pursuit team and management .Develop targeted reports and presentations, as requested, for review .Develop, in conjunction with pursuit team, an appropriate strategic pricing plan .Conduct final ROI analysis and other analyses to assist with bid/no-bid decision .Assemble appropriate pursuit teams with the cooperation of the engagement partner and manager, proposal manager, etc. .Assign appropriate general responsibilities and specific tasks (with deadlines) for all opportunity support members assigned .Effectively manage the productivity and contributions of opportunity team members to produce the desired results .Continually assess the status opportunity pursuit workflow plan to help ensure progress toward the defined schedule

Qualifications: .Five years of experience in business development and/or capture management. .Eight years of professional experience, including delivery experience. .Able to develop capture plans and strategic marketing plans for specific programs or opportunities .Understand and be highly proficient in state and local government services and the related procurement process .Experience in analyzing competitive analysis on large opportunities .Experience developing alliance and teaming plans as both prime and subcontractor .Demonstrated knowledge of the proposal development process .Bachelors degree from an accredited college/university KPMG offers and supports flexible work arrangements as well as part-time schedules.
