This position will report to the VP, Ad Sales for Fox Digital Media and be based in New York. Responsibilities: -Developing and implementing the sales strategy. -Manage sales team to ensure prospecting, sales techniques and strategies are being effectively executed. -Construct integrated TV/Digital deals: actively sell and participate in the sales process with staff members. -Develop budget, provide forecast reports and manage inventory to realize maximum financial opportunity. -Participate in development of, and gain in-depth knowledge of network programming initiatives to help identify new revenue opportunities. Requirements: -BS/BA degree with a minimum of 6-8 years ad sales experience including strong knowledge of the on-line space, selling integrated TV and digital extensions. -Prior sales management experience and strong Rolodex of digital agency contacts. -Extremely knowledgeable and passionate about sports. -Must be a creative thinker, with a strategic approach to selling that provides foundation for success in both client and agency environments. -Superior verbal and written communication skills are essential. -Diplomatic and adept at building relationships internally and externally. - Ability to bring diverse and/or opposing constituents together for the greater good. -Must have superior organizational and project management skills. -Must have excellent interpersonal skills and the demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective business relationships. -Requires travel.
