Business Due Diligence (BDD) services provide strategic advisory services to clients on matters throughout the mergers and acquisitions deal life cycle. The BDD team helps clients evaluate acquisition candidates based on the achievability of managements future business forecasts and creates value from mergers and acquisitions transactions. The team helps clients make informed decisions on whether to proceed with the deal, how to value it, and how to develop thorough execution plans to maximize value. Clients are primarily private equity houses and strategic buyers. The BDD team serves clients globally from offices in New York, San Francisco, Chicago, London, Paris, Madrid, Frankfurt, Amsterdam, Milan, Zurich, Melbourne, and Hong Kong. The practice is rapidly expanding its U.S. presence and has plans for aggressive growth over the next several years. Integration Advisory is a specialty practice within our Business Due Diligence group that provides integration separation advisory, planning, and execution support services for clients who are conducting merger, acquisition, and divestiture transactions. Responsibilities: . Serve as the day-to-day project leader for Merger Integration and separation engagements including coordinating teams to deliver on-time and on-budget engagements to meet client objectives throughout the phases of the integration process . Provide advice to clients on maximizing Mergers and Acquisition (M&A) opportunities and minimize risks . Develop relationships with current and prospective clients . Develop proposals and attend pitches, build staffing models and act in the capacity of the market leader within the selected geographic region with primary emphasis on delivery . Refine delivery methodologies, business frameworks, service offerings, delivery tools and analytical techniques, and contribute to overall practice growth Qualifications: . Exposure to the M&A environment with knowledge of various phases of the M&A deal lifecycle especially merger integration . Experience in one or more of the following domains within Financial Services: Consumer or Commercial Lending, Asset Management, Wholesale Banking, Insurance . Experience leading merger integration projects across a board spectrum of industries and deal sizes . Experience contributing to commercializing new practices/offerings in an advisory environment including business development, methodology creation, team building, and marketing . Excellent verbal and written communications skills .
