Description: Dir-Network Development Consulting to REI AutoReqId 90077BR Responsibilities Lead a team chartered to develop and implement strategies to enhance Amex operational and technical relationship with key merchant accounts managed by ES REI Client Management. Focus on providing merchant consulting to (a) solve complex processing issues and (b) for global network operations initiatives, such as: driving merchant CAPN migration efforts, increase Amex direct processing, distribution of ND products/services and profitability and reengineering improvement plans. Will also be responsible for providing REI account perspective to Network Development products and servicing development process. Provide people leadership to a high performing, virtual based team of 6 Band 35 employees.
