REDKEN 5th Ave, a division of LOreal USA, is seeking a Director, Interactive Marketing, New Business for the New York office. Job Responsibilities Direct planning strategy, P&L, pricing and marketing strategy including go to market plan and management of digital initiatives including on-demand video portal and in-salon television device. Responsibilities include: Proactive product planning (12 to 36 months) and in-year deployment plans for video portfolio alignment, proactive assessment and evaluation of consumer market and competitive environment, packaging and pricing constructs, financial analysis and ROI, launch strategies to include subscriber forecasts and reporting, customer benefits, competitive position. Develop Communications and launch campaigns to include promotions, and sales channel strategy to meet business objectives and success criteria. Work closely and cross functionally on planning and deployment plans with: Business Units, Marketing, Finance for online product and pricing strategy Assess, evaluate market demand, competitive strategies and user data to both anticipate market dynamics and proactively recommend product and pricing that support business objectives and marketing strategy Develop complete business case, including full financial models to support planning, customer growth and revenue initiatives Develop product launch strategy for a measurable and successful go to market plan. Work in conjunction with Marketing and Communications plan. Define market trial success criteria, performance metrics and decision basis for deployment expansion Assess, evaluate and anticipate industry competitive moves and consumer trends. Use industry sources, market knowledge for predictable assessments Design & synthesize market research to identify emerging trends, competitive position & quantify consumer demand. Use to define and validate product & packaging plan Accountable for Business Unit Objectives, e.g. subscriber & revenue targets REQUIREMENTS: Qualifications: At least 5 years experience in product management of technology products. Experience in interactive television and/or interactive advertising solutions strongly preferred Proven success in defining and launching new products At least 3 years management experience coaching and developing an interactive team Ability to juggle multiple projects and prioritize activities for maximum results Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills Strong analytical skills; ability to assess market opportunities and recommend appropriate business strategies Strong team orientation, track record of working collaboratively with internal and external team members in a fast-paced environment Bachelors degree required
